14 members of Potters Bar met up at Lee Valley Water Park for a catch up and some photography. Those who arrived early caught the last of the Kayak rons by members of the GB team and we watched the fire brigade practising falling in water!

We all had a coffee while groups of people were kitted out and prepared for the raft sessions. This involved safety protocols should you end up in the water, learning to listen and respond to the bellowed instructions etc

The rafts were great fun to watch and photograph especially when the rafts hit the stoppers, if you had a long lens attached some of the facial expressions were a delight, and  on the last few runs the member of staff on the boat was deliberately trying to tip people in.
